Singing ensemble 7th Ave perform a beautiful rendition of ‘Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone).’

Christian artist Chris Tomlin wrote this song for his 2006 album ‘See The Morning.’ It was even nominated for a Dove Award for "Song of the Year" at the 39th GMA Dove Awards.

“Amazing grace
How sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost, but now I'm found
Was blind, but now I see”

Today, the talented performing group of 7th Ave is putting their own spin on this touching tune and it is absolutely stunning. 7th Ave was founded by viral sensation Chris Rupp. Chris was a former member of the popular all-male a cappella group Home Free.

Now, he has brought together a group of powerhouse vocals and they continue to create incredible arrangements.

‘Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone)’ is one of those songs that everyone knows and loves. It soared in popularity and, now, it’s a staple in church services all across the nation. The lyrics remind us all that God loves us no matter what.

“My chains are gone
I've been set free
My God, my Savior has ransomed me
And like a flood His mercy reigns
Unending love, amazing grace”

When we put our trust in God, He will lead us exactly where we need to be. This is such a perfect reminder of His love and guidance. This is another incredible performance from 7th Ave. I am definitely looking forward to what this group does next.
