A Prayer for the Fullness of Joy

Have you ever felt like joy slips through your fingers—here for a moment and gone the next?

Prayer: Jesus, please help us to stop chasing rays of sunshine, and to step out into the full light of your presence. Help us not to seek joy in our circumstances, but in your presence. Help us to teach our kids to do the same. Thank you for your steadfast and complete joy.
