Tamara Woods

Tamara Woods, A Woman of God, living for the Lord who is gifted to act. Born and raised in Philadelphia, has had a desire for acting and modeling at the age of nine. Since, Tamara has been embarking upon an elevated career in Acting and has trained at the Walnut Street Theatre. She has done background work on several films: The Bounty, Cover, and Annapolis; a cameo appearance in Sure Looks Good, now on DVD; short films, For Better or For Worse, playing the lead role as Renee, and Streets Keep Calling Me, that was part of the Philadelphia Film Festival in 2007. Tamara hopes to stay busy in her acting career in the entertainment industry that will build on and promote her talent. She believes that God has ordained her to minister through performing to give solutions through the characters she play to help someone that they may have hope no matter what situation they are in.
