Double-minded, hypocrisy, and judging is in our flesh nature, but with Jesus connecting us to God, we have constant communication with our God who is the Creator of the Universe and the three heavens. He alone knows what we are going through...I'm glad Jesus died for us so we have a way of communicating with God and a friend.

Good point Marvin ... and if people only see the negative in us, what do they think of Jesus then when we claim to be "Christian" ... we are His hands and feet, and He has given us His spirit to help us along the way.

Actually only those are followers of Christ have the Light of God.... non-believers are in darkness. See below John 3:16–21 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. 18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God. 19 And this is the judgment: the light has come into the world, and people loved the darkness rather than the light because their works were evil. 20 For everyone who does wicked things hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his works should be exposed. 21 But whoever does what is true comes to the light, so that it may be clearly seen that his works have been carried out in God.

Joyce Worman Asher, I agree with you that the Word of God establishes that He is Sovereign but He does not violate our Free Will. That is why in the Book of Deuteronomy He clearly outlines Life and Death but ultimately urges us to choose Life. Unfortunately some choose Death and that is not God's fault. God has clearly outlined His Will for us but don't our decisions ultimately lead us down the path we have chosen? When He created us in His own Image and Likeness it included the risk of us having the ability to choose the wrong path but that is something that God will never violate. Food for thought!!!
