we can only be fishers of men here. so yes we belong here for a time. But we are in this world, not of this world

Ron McCord I agree. The "us four, no more, Acts 2:4" mentality needs to be put to death. Kieth Green wrote a song in the 80's called "Asleep In The Light" that echoes your sentiment. I suggest you look it up. "In union with Christ we are always led by God as prisoners in Christ's victory procession. God uses us to to make the knowledge about Christ spread everywhere like A sweet fragrance". - 2 Corinthians 2:14

Our "EVIL AGE" is no more evil than any other, we just happen to be living in this one. We do not need to fear what is ahead, but we should have compassion for those who do not know our Lord and Savior, our mission is clear and given to us by God Himself. "Taking up our cross daily and following Him" is more than staying away from evil, it is sharing the good news.

Great words brother.

Thanks, Sovannary, for the suggestion. I always like to hear the artists heart. I will look that up. Right now it is very late and I have a big day. I just need to remember to get back to that tomorrow. Thanks for your thoughtfulness. Ron, Mr. McCord is my Dad :-)

One of our favorite bands. My 10 years old son and I rocked out to them at Winter Jam a few weeks ago. One word, AWESOME :)
