We are not commanded to understand God, we are commanded to obey Him.His Creation declares His Glory.

Even the first verse of the Bible says “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth”. As clearly as the Bible states that God is the Creator in many verses in the Bible (that will make this comment too long to list it all here), the Bible is about Jesus Christ, the Son of God. It is about God’s love for each one of us. The Fibonacci series is just one little pattern we discovered from God’s creation. If God were to mention all the principles behind the creation, there would not be enough space in this world to contain all those books. Just look at how many pages are there in just a simple calculator manual. God could have taken the whole Bible and just talked about all His wonderful creation, but because He loves us more, His focus is on saving us. So the Bible is about the Salvation that God made for us through Jesus Christ who took our punishments and died instead of us thus saving us who believe in Him from ultimate death. “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” (John 3:16) The Bible says it is impossible to please God without faith. The evidence is overwhelming around us, but ultimately it is our faith in God and our personal experience with Him that we believe the Bible - The Word of God.

"Still more evidence of the genius of our Grand Creator, Jehovah. How could evolution be responsible for this mathematical miracle!" Evolution is NOT random (even though genetic variation occurs randomly in populations of living things). And if you know anything about biological growth, which combines diffusion, aggregation, self-assembly, complex geometry and random molecular motion) the occurrence of mathematical series is to be expected. No creator needed.

Ellen Shanley Waldren It is most certainly not true that we know nothing of God. How can you say that? Everywhere we look, we can learn about God. God has revealed Himself fully in Jesus Christ, the Word made flesh, and in His recorded word in scripture! We were made in His image and likeness, so we can know much about God by studying ourselves! We know that He is all-good, all-knowing, and all-powerful! We know that He is both merciful and just. We know that He suffered and died for us so that we could enjoy eternity with Him despite our sinfulness. And on and on... I suspect that what you were trying to say was that we human beings can never think that just because our mortal minds can't comprehend God, somehow He can't be real, because the divine mind of God is "as far as the heavens are above the earth" greater than our human minds. Therefore for a human to believe and declare that God doesn't exist would be more foolish than a toddler who covers his eyes with his hands and then, because he can no longer see, believes that he is invisible.

You can't use the Bible, the word of the God of Christianity to prove that Christianity is wrong, because if the word of that God is your proof, and that word somehow proves that God doesn't exist, then you have proven absolutely NOTHING!

No one could every figure out God we know nothing of God even the Saint can't figure him out. God is beyond any thought. You have such a simple mind, athiest are of the most ignorant of minds. Enjoy your things remember you can't take it with you when you die.

Ted the Bible has missing books yet to be found. You don't need written words to know there is a God.

How ignorant we truly are! This pretty much blows the moronic 'big bang theory' to smithereens.

God never suggested the Bible contained ALL information. He gives man credit for being the intelligent, inquisitive creature He created us to be and trusts we can discover some things on our own. You see, the Bible does indirectly refer to Fibonacci's number... Romans 1:20 indicates that while God is invisible, he has left evidence of his handiwork in everything he created so men would have no excuse not to believe, and in Job 12 we are told to look at nature and see the hand of God in it - Job 12:9 Who does not see by all these that the hand of the Lord has done this? He tells us to look, and when we do, lo and behold, what do we find? Unmistakable evidence of His hand in creation just as He said we would.

No Ted... a thinking person who is trying to get God out of everything would come to that conclusion. A real thinking man would see this: Wow Fibonacci numbers... so there is a designer/god... now which god is it? Hmmm... I will study and find Truth... hmmm... God of the Bible is the only one that stands up to Truth and time.

Awesome Truth in Numbers!

The evidence of God is all over creation. This is one wonderful example of the "finger print" of God. His ways are above our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. Thanks for this additional example of the beauty of God's creation.

well the people God used to write the Bible didn't know about Fibbonacci numbers, maybe God wanted us to discover this ourselves, where's the fun in just being told something, its more fun to discover something ourselves.

There is nothing in the bible resembling the Fibonacci numbers, thus, if there is a god, and he/she left the Fibonacci numbers behind as his/her fingerprints, then the bible did NOT come from the creator and the god of the bible is NOT the creator. That is what a “thinking person” should get from this video. Too bad religious people don’t think.
