Ya know...I am extremely simple. My melodies aren't extravagant, my chords aren't complicated, and most of all my lyrics don't evoke a drooling response beyond all control. I do hope however that your spirit somehow moves at least milli-centimeters closer to God when your ears catch a glimpse of my elementary music. Despite what the world, or myself, thinks about this music, I am not motivated by the desire of recognition but I am motivated by the pleasure this music brings to our God. I have come to realize that I am nothing, I have been nothing, nor will I ever be anything without my God. I have come to realize that Christ has come to redeem those in need of redemption and I do count myself among needy. So my prayer is that before you do listen to this music, that you simply say "I need you..." and simplicity won't seem to simple. Thanks for reading.
