All of us are called to the virtue of chastity whether we are single or married, young or old, celibate, widowed or divorced. Often misunderstood, it is not the same as abstinence. Rather, being a chaste person means to live in a way in which you are in tune with your spiritual potential while respecting others and treating them with dignity.
