Kids' Holy Yoga's purpose is to foster a connection with children and God from 4 to 12 years of age. We facilitate this by connecting Bible stories through yoga postures, teaching children that their bodies are a temple of the Living God, learning the fruits of the spirit of gentleness, patience, and self control through the yoga practice, worship, art, playful activities, meditation, and nutrition. We see this as a privilege and honor for parents, teachers, and caregivers.
