They look like sheep, they talk like sheep and even sound like they are part of the family but inside they are ravenous wolves looking to steel value. Their one goal is money no matter how they try to package their pitch to the "marks".
The Bible refers to the average members of the family of God as sheep. Like sheep they are very trusting and are easy to take advantage of. That is why the church, the family of God is so susceptible to scam artists and grifters. These are referred to as wolves in sheep's clothing.
