Rick shares about how God took his running and transformed it into barefoot running and marathoning leading to his barefoot running ministry. Currently, Barefoot Rick distributes a weekly devotional titled "The Bare Soul" to several hundred email subscribers and speaks at churches, social events, schools, and athletic events about his barefoot running and how the Lord Jesus has changed his life.
