Marriage proposals usually have an element of surprise. However, this video takes it to the next level showing how Christian singer Tauren Wells helps a fan pull off a surprise Cracker Barrel proposal!

At the start of the clip, Tauren Wells introduces himself while standing in front of a Cracker Barrel in Phoenix, Arizona. He shares about how he is about to go be a part of the amazing moment of a proposal.

Josh proposed to Rebekah and her daughter on the front porch of the Cracker Barrel. Tauren says when Josh proposed to her daughter, he cried. When he proposed, Tauren was in the background singing a song live. At first Rebekah did not notice that it was actually him.

Tauren says, “Anytime you can step into someone else’s story it’s important.” At the end of the video, Tauren gives Josh and Rebekah a Care It Forward challenge. He encourages them to wake up every day and make the decision that they are here to serve and love the other person.

Tauren’s words remind us the true meaning of marriage is to display the sacrificial love of Christ to one another and be witnesses to the world of His great love.
