Three Skaters Move And Groove to 'Stayin' Alive' by Bee Gees
Three Skaters Move And Groove To ‘Stayin’ Alive’ By The Bee Gees
Three men on roller skates moved and grooved, showing off their fancy footwork to the Bee Gees iconic tune, “Stayin’ Alive.”
Disco is a type of music that evokes strong reactions from nearly everyone. People seem to either love or hate those songs. There is no middle ground when it comes to the 70s-era genre. Wallfling, hemming and hawing are not things that happen, at least not when Disco is the topic of discussion.
Despite the strong reactions from music fans about Disco, that era still produced a handful of beloved tunes that are still played today. Everyone knows the words to Gloria Gaynor’s “I Will Survive,” “We Are Family” by Sister Sledge and “I’m Coming Out” by Diana Ross. An entire dance was even created to The Village People’s “Y.M.C.A.”
But when it comes to Disco, one song stands out among the rest. The Bee Gees were a super popular group that produced several memorable hits, including “Stayin’ Alive.” You can’t hear the opening notes of that song and not think of John Travolta strutting down the street in “Saturday Night Fever.”
In a clip posted on social media, three men show off their fancy moves while moving around the roller rink as “Stayin’ Alive” plays. It's clear the guys are attempting to create the iconic opening scene of “Saturday Night Fever” as John Travolta makes his way down the sidewalk.
The guys move in near-perfect synchronization, not missing a step and keeping up with the beat of the music. It’s a fun, short video that shows someone else’s interpretation of one of the most memorable scenes in cinematic history.
On their Instagram page are dozens of other videos of the Griffin brothers dancing and skating to classic tunes. Songs featured in some of their other videos include “Ring My Bell,” “Night Fever” and “Walk This Way.”
Psalm 149:3 “Let them praise his name in the dance: let them sing praises to him with the tambourine and harp.”

A Prayer to Overcome Procrastination and Laziness - Your Daily Prayer - October 23
The temptation to be lazy is ever-present. Just like any sin, laziness is exchanging long-term benefits for partaking in temporary pleasure. It is a seemingly easy road, but it leads to consequences.
