The Bible is a book of sacred Scriptures, but not all books that claim to be "sacred Scripture" are included in the 66 books of the protestant Bible. What books belong in the Bible, and how did we get them? Pastor MacLaren addresses the "canon" or rule of Scripture, the collection of books that compose the Bible, in this sermon. Based on our series of messages on "Lessons from the Larger Catechism," this message was given at First Presbyterian Church in Perkasie, PA, on July 6, 2008.
