On August 24, 2008 violence erupted in a the dangerous region of Northeast India known as the state of Orissa. Within the 1st ten days over 50,000 Christians were driven from their homes. Brutality of all forms, rapeing of women with at least one Nun brutually gang-raped, Pastors and Priests from all Christian churches beaten and some killed, over 300 entire villages totally destroyed, dozens of Christian Schools & Colleges demolished, all Christian Businesses looted & burned, at least 59 Christians were murdered in the initial ten day period also. The list of attrocities goes on and on. The tragedies taking place are heartbreaking.
