Here's a clip from a thunderstorm that was a little more powerful than we thought it would be. On the night of July 22, 2006, the storm produced record-setting rainfall, flooded the back area of my and my brother's workplaces, and blew out a transformer and knocked out power. If you look at the slow-motion part of the frame, you'll see a disk of light on the left after the lightning fades. That was the transformer exploding.
