Maybe You Should Find Out

If someone says they're hiding from God but don't even know what He's like maybe the real question isn't about hiding. Maybe it's about discovering who God truly is.

Renewal: Return to Bethel

Jan 29 2026
In Genesis 35:6–36:43, Jacob’s journey back to Bethel is a powerful story of repentance, recommitment, and God’s unchanging faithfulness. Despite past failures and family tragedy, Jacob responds to God’s call to return, purges his household of foreign gods, and receives a new name—Israel. Even in the bittersweet birth of Benjamin and the death of Rachel, God’s covenant promises remain steadfast.

I wanted to share my journey and what God is calling me to do... I also included a little information about one of my projects.

I am on a journey with God where he called me to focus on three things (using my ADHD Brain as a gift to meet the task). First, is my ministry as Pastor at Ebenezer Church (soon a second church to help them grow until they find a pastor). Second, is serving an aviation ministry called the Fellowship of Christian Airline Personnel (FCAP), primarily our college outreach. Finally, writing! Last year I launched my first book, "Tainted", which is a Christian Fiction work highlighting spiritual warfare. It is suspenseful at times scary, but so is spiritual warfare. My goal is to complete Book 2 and 3 of the series and accompany them with a non-fiction book about the tactics of the enemy by December. I ask for your prayers in this journey. The ministry side is building, soon two churches. One we have brought back from near death and the second is not in a good place. FCAP is also rebuilding a ministry that never recovered after COVID, and the third is creating a whole new thing, a new genre in Christian Fiction and part of a bigger picture of something that to my knowledge has never been done. #christianfictionbooks #christianbooks #spiritualwarfare

Worship That Keeps God’s Presence Near

Mar 18 2026
Today, we explore a foundational moment in Israel's spiritual history: the establishment of the first priesthood and the celebration of the first Passover. In Numbers 6:22-8:22, 9:1-14, Exodus 29:1-46, and Leviticus 8-10, 24:1-9, we see God's people learning what it means to approach Him in holiness and worship in Spirit and truth. The key truth here is this: God calls His people to worship that is set apart, continual, and guided by His presence. The anointing of the priests, the detailed instructions for offerings, and the continuous burning of the lamps all point to God’s desire for His people to honor Him fully and for His presence to dwell among them. The first Passover feast demonstrates God’s heart for inclusion, extending His covenant invitation even to foreigners who choose to follow Him. When we worship according to God’s design, two things happen: God speaks to us, guiding our lives in obedience, and His presence blesses us, revealing an intimate relationship where His face shines upon us. This passage reminds us that worship is not merely ritual; it is a living encounter with the holy God who desires to guide, bless, and dwell with His people.

POV: The White Elephant budget was $0

We all work together at a salon called Oliver and Company in Gainesville, GA. For our work party, we played White Elephant with a “regift” theme — meaning spend $0. I’ve had a couple of traffic cones sitting in my garage for years and wanted them gone, so I wrapped those up (don’t worry, they’re not stolen). Everyone was completely caught off guard and thought it was hilarious. Credit: Lauren Remillard @laurenhremillard

Before producing some of the biggest worship songs in the world, Ed Cash of We The Kingdom wasn’t even a fan of worship music. But hearing an early Christ Tomlin demo of “How Great Is Our God,” and a clear word from God, completely transformed his heart.
