The Athanasian Creed copied from, The Book of Concord of Confessions, http//www.bookofconcord.org.info.php, is part of the 3 Ecumenical Confessions that most Christians can agree on, thus they are called ecumenical. This enhances the Apostle's & Nicene Creed & mentions Jesus Christ’s descent into Hell. It describes the 3 personalities of the Godhead, the One God of Christianity & mentions our core beliefs in Christ: he was incarnated into a human body, he is the Son of God, he is God & man. There is some controversy about this creed & it is not very popular anymore.
