As of July 2010- over 50% of the population of Uganda is under the age of 15!!! That is #2 in the world!!! Youth ministry is vitally important in Uganda as they must raise up pastors quickly- the average lifespan of a Ugandan is 52 yrs old (USA- 78yrs).
