3 Women Sing 'Sweet Hour of Prayer' In An Empty Silo
Worship along as three talented women sing to the Lord with ‘Sweet Hour Of Prayer.’ And just when you think the performance can’t get any better, just listen to the melodious sounds as they belt out these words in an empty silo.
“In seasons of distress and grief
My soul has often found relief
And oft escaped the tempter's snare
By Thy return, sweet hour of prayer”
You may recognize Lindsay Kirkland as one half of the singing duo, Sounds Like Reign. For years, Lindsay and her husband Brackin have been using their God-given talent to give praise to His Name. With hymns such as ‘Amazing Grace’ and ‘It Is Well With My Soul,’ the pair has garnered quite a following online.
Today, Lindsay is sharing the silo stage with two new singing partners. Just listen as they lift their voices in worship with the powerful words of ‘Sweet Hour Of Prayer.’
“Sweet hour of prayer, Sweet hour of prayer
The joys I feel, the bliss I share
Of those whose anxious spirits burn
With strong desires for Thy return”
In the good times and the bad, we turn to Jesus and offer Him our prayers. What a beautiful reminder that God is always there to listen.
Matthew 6:9-13 “Pray then like this: “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.”

Today's Devotional
A Prayer to Humbly Serve This Maundy Thursday - Your Daily Prayer - March 28
Would you let Jesus wash your feet? Isn't it hard to imagine lifting our dirty toes to the King of Kings? None of us are worthy of his care and attention; yet in Christ's perfect love, he gives us nothing less. Does your human heart struggle like mine to serve others humbly as Jesus did?
