'It Is Well With My Soul' The Isaacs Perform At The Grand Ole Opry

Enjoy the Southern bluegrass sounds of The Isaacs as they sing the classic hymn ‘It Is Well With My Soul.’ This beloved hymn was written by Horatio Spafford and composed by Philip Bliss. After Horatio lost all four of his daughters, he wrote down these words as a testament to God.

The lyrics are a reminder that God is with us through the good times and the bad.

"When peace like a river, attendeth my way,
When sorrows like sea billows roll
Whatever my lot, thou hast taught me to say
It is well, it is well, with my soul”

The Isaacs are an award-winning family gospel group. For decades, they have been using their unique bluegrass sound to spread God’s message of love and salvation.

Today, they are at the Grand Ole Opry to perform a live rendition of ‘It Is Well With My Soul.’ Just listen as they belt out these words of love and thanks to our Lord.

“It is well
With my soul
It is well, it is well with my soul"

Even in the midst of turmoil, we can find comfort knowing that the Lord is in control. His peace and love will reign down on us and we can trust in His Holy Name.

As we walk through our Earthly days, let us turn our eyes upon Jesus and let Him lead the way.

John 16:33 “I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”
