Talented Quartet Sons of Serendip Put Classical Spin On Modern Tune

The talented quartet Sons of Serendip return to the America’s Got Talent stage for an incredible crossover performance. We first met these musical gentlemen when they competed on season 9 of the popular talent competition.

Kendall Ramseur, Cordaro Rodriguez, Mason Morton, and Micah Christian all met while they were attending Boston University. Together, they formed this incredible quartet giving modern songs a classical makeover. It’s no wonder they made it all the way to the finals during their season on AGT.

Since that time, the men have been able to leave their day jobs and make music a full-time career. They’ve traveled the country sharing their talent and it seems that they’re only getting better with time.

Now, these 4 men are back on the stage that started it all for another chance. America’s Got Talent: The Champions is a special format that features 50 acts who have won or been featured on previous editions of the show. These competitors come from all over the world and now they’re all vying for the ultimate winner’s title.

Sons of Serendip brought the house to their feet with their unique rendition of "Somewhere Only We Know" by Keane. When you hear this performance, you’ll understand exactly why they earned a standing ovation.

I love that they are combining classical instruments with modern-day music. Their arrangements are sheer perfection and you can tell that these talented men are going to be around for a long time. What did you think of this performance from Sons of Serendip?
