24 Marines Of Silent Drill Platoon Perform Unforgettable Routine

The United States Marine Corps Silent Drill Platoon is a talented 24-man rifle platoon made up of United States Marine Corps members. These carefully selected men represent the Marine Corps at numerous events all over the country. This group is used to perform at national ceremonies, festivals and even for prominent dignitaries and heads of state. And their meticulous routine is known for the level of difficulty and concentration it requires. It’s truly an incredible performance to witness and you have to respect these men for their dedication and skill.

Today, these 24 men are performing at Gallatin High School as part of Marine Week 2016 in Nashville, Tennessee. From the minute that this group walked onto the gym floor, I think everyone knew it was going to be a memorable performance. And from the beginning to the end, these Marines never missed a beat. Their level of skill and perfection is something out of this world.

I know it must take so much time and dedication to nail each one of these moves, but they truly make it seem so easy and effortless. I can’t imagine the impact this ceremony had on all of those high school students in the stands. I’m sure it left a lasting impression on these teenagers. This performance from the Silent Drill Platoon has been viewed over 1.5 million times, so I’m not the only one that is impressed right now. I sure wish I could see these talented men perform in person. What about you?
