Teen Street Buskers Perform Michael Buble's 'Feeling Good'

Teen street buskers perform Michael Buble’s ‘Feeling Good’ and it’ll leave you feeling great!

Street performing is a place where young and old alike can show off their talent. In many countries, it’s normal to busk for money but these two teen street buskers perform Michael Bublé’s ‘Feeling Good,’ simply because they love music. And they are good at it too.

Talented, young street performers Allie Sherlock and Cuan Durkin love music and enjoy sharing their gift with the public. They enjoy performing together too. You will not believe just how good they sound singing ‘Feeling Good.’ The pair take turns singing the verses of the song and then join together during the chorus. Both have wonderful voices and look like they have a great time performing together!

Even though the song is attributed to Michael, the song actually was written in the 1960s. The song was written by English composers Anthony Newley and Leslie Bricusse for the musical ‘The Roar of the Greasepaint – The Smell of the Crowd.’ It was first performed on stage in 1964 by Cy Grant on the UK tour and by Gilbert Price in 1965 with the original Broadway cast.

However, these two may take the win. Their video has garnered over 414,000 views on YouTube and their viewers definitely approve. One viewer commented, “So awesome to see how much Cuan loves what he’s doing! Brilliant again as usual.” Another said, “Two kids enjoying life entertaining the crowds, that’s buskin nailed right there.”

But the crowd surrounding them says it all. Halfway through the video, the camera captures dozens and dozens of listeners. All have stopped to watch their performance; some even had their phones out to take photos or record it.

Cuan began singing at the age of four and has been busking just over a year. Allie, however, has been singing and playing the guitar for only six years. Even though the pair are young, many young people in the Bible did amazing things for God too. Little David played the harp for the King and even defeated Goliath. Both Allie and Cuan are following in their calling to create music which in turn blesses those who hear them.

“Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.” 1 Timothy 4:12
