'O Holy Night' Christmas Hymn From The McClures

Listen to this beautiful version of the Christmas hymn ‘O Holy Night’ by Paul and Hannah McClures.

“O holy night the stars are brightly shining, it is the night of our dear savior’s birth
Long lay the world, in sin and error pining ‘til He appeared and the soul felt its worth
A thrill of hope, the weary world rejoices, for yonder breaks, a new and glorious morn
Fall on your knees, O hear the angel voices, O night divine, O night when Christ was born
O night divine, O night, O night divine”

This wonderful version of ‘O Holy Night’ is on the MeClure’s new EP. According to their YouTube page, “Paul and Hannah McClure’s new EP titled Christmas Morning is a joyous and celebratory collection of Christmas songs that encompass the excitement and beauty of the season. Christmas morning symbolizes the day the world received the best news it had ever heard, that Jesus, the rescuer was coming.”

What a soothing and beautiful video! And their voices are phenomenal! Seeing all of those people worshiping together with all of the Christmas lights around them is such a magical sight.

This song never fails to get me in the Christmas spirit and grow my anticipation for the celebration of Christ’s birth. Jesus is the thrill of hope that makes the weary world rejoice. And after many of the heartaches that people have experienced this year, looking to Jesus and the wonder and hope that he brings can sooth any weary soul.

Let us all sing sweet hymns of joy to our Savior this season and praise His holy name!

John 1:14
The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.
