15-year-old dancer Julia Carlile suffers from scoliosis which could eventually end her dancing career. Without surgery, this audition could be her last dance. So friends from her dancing school decided to work with Julia and create an emotional routine for Britain's Got Talent. And when you see this incredible performance, you will be in awe.
