I have spent my entire life teaching and training people to think things through, so that the unintended consequences of any action just don't happen, or are minimal at worst. Nobody likes to deal with unintended consequences. But that's what we're going to deal with if we aren't prudent. In other words, “If we just let things happen, most of them will be bad.”
So how do our insurance policies, emergency funds, retirement accounts, doctors, lawyers, financial planners—our trunk full of contingency plans—how do they fit with faith in God?
