Hamas Rules Out Military Support for Iran in Any War with Israel. According to The Guardian, senior figures within the militant Islamic group say Hamas will not do Iran's bidding in any war with Israel. Sa-lah Bar-da-wil, a member of the organisation's political bureau in Gaza City, told The Guardian, "If there is a war between two powers, Hamas will not be part of such a war." He denied the group would launch rockets into Israel at Tehran's request in response to a strike on its nuclear sites. He went on to say, "Hamas is not part of military alliances in the region. Our strategy is to defend our rights."

The Bible says in Zechariah 2:8, "For thus saith the LORD of hosts; After the glory hath he sent me unto the nations which spoiled you: for he that toucheth you [Israel] toucheth the apple of his eye."
