Thanking God for the life of my sister in Christ, Christa Rosier (3 November 1960 -- 19 June 2011), who graciously allowed me the use of her Psalm Paintings, prior to her passing. Copyright © 2011 http://psalmpaintings.com

Explanation of the painting, by Christa Rosier:
"Three Towers symbolize the tri-une God. On the left tower is written in Hebrew: 'my fortress'. On the middle tower: 'my Salvador'. On the right tower: 'my refuge'.

"The word for 'He is my salvation' in Hebrew is 'Yeshua-ti'. The name of Jesus (literally 'Saviour') originates from the same word 'Yeshua'. The middle tower makes a cross and is therefore connected to the other towers.

"On the right side of this painting is a red string. This symbolizes 'waiting for God'. The Hebrew word for making rope originates from the same root as the verb 'to wait'. The more strings that are interwoven, the longer it takes to do so. This will always result in a a stronger rope."
