Many of the young girls that are victimized by a life of sex trafficking are runaways. These girls are approached by a trafficker/pimp within 48 hours of hitting the streets. They are no match for the evil plans these predators have devised. The vast majority of these victims do not have a safe place to return to if they are rescued. Refuge of Light seeks to provide these girls a hope and a future for a new life; so THIS year we will begin the construction of a safe home for these young victims.
