N. Korea's nuclear reactor could cause 'man-made catastrophe' (Second Coming Watch Update #398)

Description: 1. According to The Telegraph, North Korea is apparently restarting the reactor at its Yongbyon nuclear plant, although Russian diplomatic sources have claimed that the facility is in such a "nightmarish state" that putting it back into operation could end in disaster.

2. According to The Jerusalem Post, a leaflet distributed on Tuesday by the Fatah-affiliated Al- Aksa Martyrs Brigades called for the launching of "guerilla operations" against Israel this Friday.

3. According to the Jerusalem Post, Russian President Vladimir Putin denied a newspaper report that he has agreed to supply Iran with advanced S-300 anti-aircraft missile batteries and a new nuclear reactor.

4. According to CNN, a U.S. official says CIA-funded weapons have begun flowing to Syrian rebels. But opposition groups in Syria say they have yet to receive any.

5. According to the Times of Israel, an earthquake measuring 3.5 on the Richter scale was felt in Jerusalem and on the northern edge of the Dead Sea early Thursday.
