Have you ever been asked to coach, mentor, or lead a group of kids in a game, project, or activity but before they found out what was involved, they only thought about their weaknesses and shortcomings? Khaled Anthony, who was led by God can relate to this experience. He was called by God to lead a team of men and women who were gifted and unique to help him mentor kids.
When we are called by God to work with others, through God we can bring out the best in them.

• Focus on their strengths
• Recognize and congratulate them on their achievements
• Expect the best
