Holy Spirit, Descend On Us - Popular Christian Videos

Bad recording and video, I know, but it doesn't matter. It's what God is telling us that matters. I wrote this song because God put it on my heart at 12am. <br />

Now, we all have the Holy Spirit when we accept Jesus as our personal Lord and savior, right? So why would we need it to descend on us? But in Luke 3:22 it said "and the Holy Spirit descended on him in bodily form like a dove." After that Jesus then went and preached, because he was commissioned. This song is a song of commission. Everything He did after that was a heading for the Cross and what is to come. Don't sing this song unless you are ready to fully commit your life to him and ready to lose everything. This song is sung as a prayer, and a praise to Him for making this known to us.<br />
