An anonymous person once said that we're a nation of 300-million strong, held together by unity. I couldn't disagree with them more.

In our nation alone there are over 11 million violent crimes a year.

There are over 888 hate groups in our country, ranging from the Black Panther Party and Ku Klux Klan to Aryan Brotherhood and the Jewish Defense Group.

In 1995, there were almost 8000 uniform hate crimes in 45 states, 75% of the U.S. population. Most were from groups that were anti-African American, anti-white, anti-Jewish, anti-Hispanic, and anti-gay.

This country was founded on unity, but through the years, has divided. We allow politics to tell us what to believe in. We fight more than we love. We're raising generation after generation to believe in holding your own rather than holding on together. In the bible it say's that two are better than one. We have over 600-million hands to hold on to, and we're choosing to let go.

The only time I have ever seen our country stand together was after September 11th, 2001, and it only lasted a few months.

We may not like a lot of the things that are happening in this country, but in order to change these things, we must take a stand and we must stand together!
