Liberals have suggested it as a way to bring "balance" to conservative talk radio, conservatives say with more outlets for expression that ever in history, such government meddling is unnecessary and would stifle free speech. CitizenLink Managing Editor Stuart Shepard takes us on a visit to a Christian radio station on the (hopefully) fictional day when the Un-Fairness Doctrine is reinstated.
