Ã�¢ï¿½ï¿½Bible Illuminated: The Book, New TestamentÃ�¢ï¿½ï¿½ presents the Bible as never seen before in full-color, glossy magazine format and illustrated throughout with striking, sometimes provocative, contemporary photographs. Scheduled for release in Fall 2008, the over 250 page book is aimed at audiences who currently do not own a bible, or if they do, never read it. The Book is set in running text with no verses, as the Bible was originally written, inviting readers to flip through a less intimidating version of the Bible. The Book uses the Good News Translation (GNT), sanctioned by the American Bible Society.
