Greg Warren’s Hysterical Plea to Reese’s Management

Greg Warren’s hysterical plea to Reese’s management. The popular funnyman had an important, time-sensitive message he needed to get across to those who own and operate Reese’s: The Hershey Company. Watch the short but hilarious clip to hear his message, which will have you laughing out loud and agreeing with him.

We should always be on the lookout for ways to improve and stretch ourselves. Most people have a massive fear of doing this, either because they believe they will fail or if they do fail, they fear what others will think of them. But cowering in the corner, afraid to fail, is no way to live life. How do we know what we are capable of doing until we try?

While all of this is true for individuals, for businesses, it’s usually best to go the other route. Businesses are always looking to improve what they do or make. They are constantly refining, looking for ways to cut waste and become more efficient. Basically, businesses do what they do and continue to do it as best as possible. Stepping outside that box and trying to do something else can be dangerous and expensive.

In a clip posted on social media, Greg was not happy with Reese and had something he wanted to get off his chest. He needed to let The Hershey Company know how he felt about their latest product.

“Some peanut butters just think they can jump in the game, like Reese’s. Remember when Reese’s all of a sudden said, ‘We’re a peanut butter,’ you know?’” he said. “I’m sure they were thinking, ‘Hey, we’re a candy bar with peanut butter with a main ingredient. How hard could it be to just peanut butter?’ Real hard, Reese’s, OK? We’re going to find out what it’s like to stand on your own. You don’t have chocolate to hide behind over here.”

Later in the clip, he got even more direct and straightforward.

“Be a candy,” he said. That’s what you are. Just be a candy! You don’t see Ring Pop trying to get in the jewelry business.”

1 Corinthians 10:31 “So then, if it is a question of food or drink, or any other thing, whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.”
