This Comedian Just Described Every Small Town
This comedian just described every small town. It’s actually surprising and frightening how accurately he pointed out the layout of the majority of small towns in the United States of America. Watch the short but hilarious clip to hear his spot-on description of how many towns are arranged.
Many people across the country live in what would be considered a small town. And if that is more your speed, go for it and enjoy it. Who am I, or anyone else, to say who should live here, there or anywhere? The United States of America is a place where everyone is or should be welcome and allowed to live where and how they choose.
Life in a small town, as its residents can attest to, moves at a much slower pace, and more than likely, everyone knows one another and is way too much into each other’s business. Also, small towns all seem to have a similar look, a familiar layout, as those residents know all too well.
In a clip posted on YouTube, one comedian hilariously points out and describes the layout of every small town. It may not be the most flattering or aesthetically pleasing, but speaking from first-hand experience, what he says is 100 percent spot-on and accurate.
“Gas station, Subway, combine them, same building,” he said. “I want one road with only the essentials – four bars, one church and a boutique that no one shops at.”
Later in the clip, he hysterically mentions some of the “landmarks” typically found in every small town.
“Water town, paint it baby blue,” he added. “Pick a random animal. Make a world’s largest statue. Put it right when you come into town.”
Near the end of the clip, he even describes the placement of a small town’s train tracks, which all seem to be in a nearly identical location.
“Train tracks, run them right through the middle of town,” he said. “Make it really inconvenient for everyone.”
Everything he says about small towns and how they are laid out is incredibly accurate. The only thing he may not be entirely correct about is the mayor being a canine.
Proverbs 17: 22 “A glad heart makes a healthy body, but a crushed spirit makes the bones dry.”
