When it comes to clothing, we have many options. Items can be purchased online, from the warmth and comfort of your home, which is what people are doing with ever-increasing frequency. There are also still brick-and-mortar stores, actual physical locations where people can try on the clothing before making a purchasing decision.

Additionally, clothing stores can be and are categorized according to price. There is everything from very high-end, extremely overpriced retailers to secondhand stores, where used items can be picked up for next to nothing, and everything in between. Often one way to determine on which side of the scale a store falls is through its name. Through its name, a retail establishment will aim to convey the types of items, their quality and the prices of those items.

In a clip posted on social media, Tim mentions one retailer in particular, The Dress Barn. According to Tim, The Dress Barn specializes in women’s clothing. As Tim hilariously points out, The Dress Barn is not a really flattering name. It doesn’t quite roll off the tongue.

“I noticed there’s this women’s clothing store I see a lot around here – women’s clothing store,” he said. “The actual name of the store is The Dress Barn. The Dress Barn. That’s the best name you could come up with, then? That’s, that’s the one you want to go with? I don’t think I’m ever taking my wife to a place called The Dress Barn.”

Later in the clip, Tim hilariously imagines how some of the store’s employees may act. His imagining of the possible actions and mannerisms of The Dress Barn employees will have you doubled over with laughter and struggling to catch your breath.
