Everyone loves to eat. Anyone who doesn’t is either a liar or insane. Is there anything better than getting our fill of delicious, mouth-watering food? The only thing that might come close to reaching that level of consuming a delectable meal is getting an afternoon nap on the weekend. That is the life!

While most people absolutelylove eating, the food we choose to eat isn’t always the best for us. Of course, fast food and sweets are two things everyone loves, but they are not the healthiest of choices. The trick is to indulge in and enjoy these guilty pleasures occasionally, but not overdo it. Everything in moderation, or at least that was what we used to be told.

One food that isn’t the healthiest in the world but is still loved by many is hot dogs. In a clip posted on YouTube, Jeff explains why his wife chooses to stay away from those beloved favorites and how her reasoning does not impact him at all.

“My poor wife hasn’t had a hot dog since 1987 because of a ‘60 Minutes’ expose that said they have rat hair in them,” he said. “So what, you can’t see them.”

Hilariously, it sounds like Jeff has not been deterred by that possibility at all. Like many other people, he will continue eating hot dogs regardless of what may be in those tasty, but still somewhat mystifying treats that are best enjoyed with ketchup (My apologies to everyone who lives in Chicago!).

“If you’re eating a hot dog because you think it’s good for you, you’re a moron,” Jeff added.
