Mom’s Hysterical Video About School Pick Up Will Leave You Laughing Out Loud

One mother's hysterical video about school pick up will leave you laughing out loud. She mentions what really gets under her skin about the whole process. Watch the short but hilarious clip to see what irritates this mother when picking up her children from school, and what happens next.

We, as a society, are absolutely addicted to screens, and there is no way anyone can argue otherwise. The majority of our waking hours are spent gazing at and into screens. Many people have jobs where they work on desktops and stare at computer monitors for eight hours every day. Then, after getting home, many people will watch television to help them unwind and relax. And that is without considering how much time people spend on their phones scrolling through their social media feeds, sending texts or responding to emails.

It's clear that a screen detox now and then would do us all some good. If we could just look up from our phones, we would see that there is an entire world and experiences to be enjoyed. People's reliance and addiction to screens causes them to ignore what is happening around them. In a clip posted on social media, a mother explains that people looking at their phones while picking up their kids at school really bothers her.

"You know what I'm really sick of?" she asks. "Parents in the school pickup line, just their faces in their phones. They don't even realize it's their turn to go. Like, get off your phone. You're about to pick up…"

Her comments are totally valid and make complete sense. However, her rant, which she's recording on her phone, is interrupted by a honk from a fellow motorist who informs her it's time for her to move.

Proverbs 22:6 "If a child is trained up in the right way, even when he is old, he will not be turned away from it."
