All Aboard! ‘Pets on a Train’ Trailer Promises Fun for Everyone

All aboard! The “Pets on a Train” trailer promises fun and laughs for everyone. The animated children’s flick, featuring a group of cute, furry, four-legged critters, will surely have you on the edge of your seat while delivering fun and plenty of laughs. Watch the short but thoroughly entertaining clip to get a look at the trailer for “Pets on a Train.”

Who doesn’t enjoy a good heist movie? “Baby Driver,” “The Sting,” the “Mission Impossible” and “Ocean’s Eleven” films are likely just some of the few classic heist films that immediately come to mind. Heist films are typically very well written and directed, keeping you constantly guessing and wondering where the story is going or what the characters will do next.

I’d venture to say that if you’re a fan of mystery films or books, you’re also a fan of heist movies. There are a lot of similarities between those two genres. Viewers are constantly left wondering what’s going to happen next, having to pay close attention to nearly every element of the story. So, what happens when animated characters replace real, actual people on screen? That is precisely what happens in “Pets on a Train.”

In the trailer, posted on YouTube, Falcon, a raccoon named after a bird, which one of the characters in the movie points out, leads his gang of pets on a train for what is supposed to be a simple, mundane, routine heist. However, something goes terribly wrong because it’s a movie and would be boring if it didn’t. The animals are forced to improvise on the spot and devise a new plan.

Instead of living large and enjoying the spoils of their criminal activity, Falcon and everyone else must simultaneously find a way to stop an unexpected enemy and the runaway train. That sounds easy enough, right?

“Pets on a Train,” which opens in theaters on October 17, looks to be a good time for the whole family. The animated film is rated PG for “action/peril and some rude humor.”

Philippians 4:8 “Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honest, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.”
