A pair of dogs hysterically sabotaged their owner’s phone interview. The two pups quickly devised and executed a plan to destroy their owner’s chances of getting a job. Watch the short but hilarious video to see what the clever canines did that will leave their owner always wondering what happened during her planned phone interview.

Given the current less-than-ideal economic situation, getting a job has become challenging and taxing. Companies often post a position on LinkedIn or some other highly visible location and are inundated with resumes and applications. Then, they select a limited number of people to interview.

If you’re one of the lucky few who happened to be picked, a company may conduct several rounds of interviews. If there are multiple interviews, it’s highly likely that one of them, probably the first, will be a phone interview. At that point, human resources or the hiring manager tries to get a feel for the applicant.

In a hilarious skit posted on YouTube, one woman is on the phone describing an upcoming phone interview. As she walks through the house discussing the position, her two canines are in the room and hear the discussion. It’s clear from the looks they exchange that they do not like what they hear. If she were hired, that would mean less attention for them. They are not going to let that happen.

Later in the skit, the company calls for the scheduled phone interview, and the two dogs handle that situation for her. Thanks to artificial intelligence and one of the dogs’ abilities to text and understand English, they answer the interviewer's questions.

Much like the skit itself, the dogs' answers are hilarious. The canines respond to the woman on the phone with brutal honesty. Sadly, the woman was later informed that she had not been selected to proceed with the process.

We wish her better luck next time. Hopefully, she can keep her two dogs far away from the phone.
