Lord,

You know how often I turn to my phone before I turn to You. Help me resist the pull of endless scrolling that leaves me empty. Teach me to choose rest over distraction, stillness over stimulation, and Your Word over the world’s noise. Fill the quiet moments with Your peace, refresh my mind, and renew my spirit. May my heart find joy in Your presence, and may my time reflect my love for You more than my love for the screen.
