Chad Thornsberry Shares His Hysterical Adventures in Comedy

Chad Thornsberry shares his hysterical adventures in comedy. The funnyman opened up about what he has encountered while in the comedy world, and it’ll leave you doubled over in laughter. Watch the short and hilarious clip to hear about Chad’s strange and laugh-out-loud experiences as a traveling stand-up comedian.

No two jobs or positions are exactly alike. Although some may sound similar in terms of title and responsibilities, they differ in various ways. How they are performed, the work environments and the coworkers will most certainly be different, making for a completely new experience.

A job that is unlike many others is that of a traveling stand-up comedian. That is nothing like your typical 9-to-5 job, with those men and women often working nights as they travel all over the country telling jokes to audiences looking for a momentary escape. In a clip posted on YouTube, Chad shares some of what he has gone through and experienced as a comedian; most of what he says will have you rolling with laughter, much like the audience in the short video.

One of the first things Chad mentioned was how he learned not to read the comments left by people. Everyone is a critic, and some people are just downright mean for no reason whatsoever.

“And the guy, the one guy that got me, that bugged me, he just had a four-word comment after my set,” Chad said. “Four words after the end of it. Four words, and it just said, ‘A fat Harry Potter.’”

Later in the clip, Chad shares how he, out of the blue, received a call about a nearby gig. He was given next to no information about it and proceeded to do his set, which involved a joke about how having a fridge full of beef is his emotional support animal. He soon found out he was performing at a PETA benefit.

There is also the time when Chad found himself carrying his luggage through the backwoods in Mexico to board a cruise ship while armed men lined the sides of the street.
