Little One Can’t Resist the Puddle

This little one could not resist a nearby puddle. Despite the youngster’s father telling him otherwise, the temptation of the puddle was just too great. Watch the short but unbelievably cute video to see the little guy ignore his father’s directives and hop right into the puddle.

Children are an absolute blessing, and no decent person would argue otherwise. Those youngsters bring with them an innumerable amount of happiness and joy to every household. Every parent and grandparent would agree that children make life better in every way imaginable.

While being a parent is the greatest blessing that anyone can experience on this Earth, not every moment will be one to remember or cherish. Children will test and try your patience and nerves, seemingly on an ongoing, never-ending basis. They all know which of your buttons to push, trying to see how far you’ll let them go before reacting negatively, if you’ll really hold to what you said. Children testing boundaries is a part of childhood that every parent knows all too well.

In a clip posted on YouTube, a young man was captured testing his boundary and then completely disregarding it once he reached it. The young man and his father were on a walk through the woods, with dad holding onto the little guy’s hand for obvious reasons. A few feet ahead of the father and son is a little girl, an older sibling. She is leading the way, as older brothers and sisters tend to do.

However, as the young man and his father are walking through the woods, they come upon a messy, very muddy puddle. The father makes a concerted effort to avoid the puddle, going as far to the right of the mess as possible. As he does, he makes sure to inform the young man to stay out of the puddle.

“We don’t want to get all wet in the middle of our walk,” the father tells the youngster.

But, of course, his father’s words went in one ear and out the other. Once the child spots the puddle, he doesn’t take his eyes off of it, and immediately after his dad told him not to, he walks right into the puddle and falls.

Sometimes, puddles are just too much fun!
