A reluctant pet owner and a cat's heartwarming friendship is too cute. Those two have one of the sweetest, most adorable bonds you'll likely ever witness between a human being and an animal. Watch the short but oh so adorable clip to see the precious friendship between one man and his feline pal.

Animals are, without a doubt, some of the best creatures on Earth. However, every pet owner, when asked, will confess that they can be a lot of work, requiring a heavy investment of time, money and effort. They can be so much work that some people may decide to do without a pet, choosing a pet-free existence and lifestyle. 

While it's perfectly reasonable not to want a pet or be uneasy and unsure about taking in an animal, most people wouldn't know what to do if they didn’t have a dog or a cat. Those cute, four-legged, furry beings quickly find their way into our hearts and become our best friend, like another family member. That was precisely what happened to one man who was initially unsure about having pets.

As the man's wife narrates the video, she explains that her husband, Tim, was unsure about having pets when they first met. Over time, he has dramatically changed his thoughts and feelings about pets, as evidenced by his close bond with Fifi, a beautiful full-grown cat. 

The video shows Tim working in the yard, operating an excavator with Fifi, wearing the most adorable little hat, and sitting on his lap. Fifi is also there whenever Tim mows the lawn and lounges on the couch; as his wife explains, Fifi "follows him everywhere."

"If he goes outside, she sits right by the door and looks outside," she said.

It's safe to say that Tim and Fifi are buddies for life, and no one, not even Tim's wife, will be able to keep these two best friends apart.
