This cat-baby duo might be the cutest pair you’ve ever seen. These two pals have what is arguably the most adorable bond. Watch the short but precious clip to see the heartwarming connection between this feline and the child.

Animals are fantastic creatures. There is no other way to say it: they are some of the best parts of living on Earth. Even people who aren’t current pet owners still have soft spots in their hearts for animals and are likely to agree with my conclusion. How could you not love and adore those cute, furry, four-legged critters?

They love unconditionally, with most simply wanting to be close to you. Show an animal a little bit of kindness, love and attention, and you’ll likely have a friend for life. A clip posted on YouTube shows a baby, Kallie, and a cat, Luna, who are certainly friends for life. Clearly, their sweet bond is unbreakable.

In a clip posted on YouTube, Luna is caught on camera sneaking into the child’s crib for some late-night snuggles. Luna just badly wants to be near the child, even if the feline knows it’s not supposed to be in the crib. Luna is willing to risk getting yelled at if it means being near baby Kallie.

“It doesn’t matter where it is; Luna just seems to always be right next to her,” the woman narrating the video says.

The video also mentions that both parties seem to know when the other is being mentioned in conversation. Luna, who does not meow often, will meow whenever being talked to about Kallie. 

Likewise, Kallie will elicit inexplicable and indecipherable excited sounds when someone mentions Luna, “her kitty,” to her.

Even when the child gets a little rough with the cat, Luna seems to understand and doesn’t 
react. Instead, the cat takes everything in stride and is as gentle as she can be with baby Kallie.
