One cat helped to add a hilarious twist to its owner’s workout. The feline unexpectedly decided to be helpful and help its owner take her workout to the next level. Watch the short but hilarious video to see how the animal lent a paw, allowing its owner to burn a few extra calories.
Eating a well-balanced diet and getting the proper amount of sleep are two excellent and necessary ways to get and remain healthy. The food we ingest and consume is essentially the fuel that powers our bodies, helping us get through our day and do what must be done that particular day. Sleep allows our body to recharge as we prepare to get up and do it all again the next day.
Another important, necessary component of achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is exercise. Getting up and staying active will do wonders for your body. The great thing about exercise is that it can take various forms. Whether riding a bike, walking, running or taking a dance class, finding something you enjoy doing and staying at it is important.
In a clip posted on social media, a young woman is seen burning some calories by punching a heavy bag. She moves her hands at a pretty good pace, hitting the bag with jabs and crosses. However, someone apparently was not satisfied with the level or intensity of her workout and thought she needed to take things up a notch.
Seconds into the video, a kitten walks onto the mat and begins attacking her feet. The cat is relentless. No matter how much the young woman pushes away the animal, the sweet feline continues to come back.
The cat felt that instead of punching the inanimate object, she needed a live sparring partner. A workout is a workout regardless of what form it takes, right?
