Trailer For Inspiring ‘You Gotta Believe’ Film

The official trailer for the new film, “You Gotta Believe, based on a true story, has been released.

Most children participate in organized sports at some point in their lives. It is an opportunity for children to have fun, learn the fundamentals of the sport, and make some friends. Who doesn’t like getting outside and playing a game with their friends?

While many sports are available for children to play, baseball is the one most children try, at least for a little bit anyway. The film “You Gotta Believe,” starring Greg Kinnear and Luke Wilson, is about a group of youngsters playing baseball. Early in the film’s trailer, it’s stated that their goal is to make it to the Little League World Series.

There is just one problem. They aren’t exactly the best team to ever take the field. The trailer shows the children giving it their all, but it’s clear they need a lot of help if they are ever going to achieve their goal. Honestly, they appear to be a lost cause.

However, things take a scary and dramatic turn. A child, a member of the team, sees his father fall to the ground after experiencing some medical episode.

“There’s nothing that makes me feel better than watching y’all play ball,” the man says.
The children have found something to play for and have decided to dedicate the rest of their season to their teammate’s father.

“If we could just win for him, I know he could get better,” the youngster says.

Fueled by their desire and motivation to play for their teammate’s father, the kids go on a wholly unexpected run to the Little League World Series.

According to IMDB, “You Gotta Believe” is rated PG for “thematic content, language and suggestive references.”

Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, said the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.”
